Site visit and layout
We look at the patio, the path from the indoor kitchen, sun angles and where gas and power can come from.
Design and selections
Appliances, counters, facing materials and the cover are chosen, and HOA and permit drawings are prepared.
Build and inspect
Slab, structure, masonry and utilities go in sequence, with city inspections at the rough-in stage.
Walkthrough and warranty
We fire up the grill with you, test every line and outlet, and put the warranty in writing.

- Do outdoor kitchens need a permit in McKinney?
- Gas lines, electrical circuits and covered structures typically do. We pull the permits and schedule the inspections as part of the project.
- Can you tie into my existing natural gas line?
- In most cases, yes. A licensed plumber sizes the run from your meter, and if the meter cannot support another appliance, we coordinate the upgrade with the utility.
- What counters hold up outdoors in Texas?
- Granite and quartzite handle heat and sun well. Standard quartz can discolor in direct sun, so we steer you toward natural stone or outdoor-rated surfaces.
- How long does an outdoor kitchen take to build?
- Most take a few weeks from the first day on site, depending on the size of the cover and how far utilities have to run. Appliance lead times are the usual variable.
