Questions
Before you call.
- How long does exterior paint last in North Texas?
- Sun exposure is the main factor here, and south and west walls fade first. With proper prep and a quality exterior coating, most homes go many years before a repaint, and a wash and caulk check every couple of years stretches that further.
- Do I need to move out during interior painting?
- No. We work room by room, cover furniture and floors and use low-odor paints so you can stay in the house. Most whole-home interiors take about one to two weeks, depending on size and the amount of trim.
- Can you paint my kitchen cabinets instead of replacing them?
- Yes, if the boxes and doors are sound. We clean, degloss, prime and spray them, which gives a smooth, durable finish for far less than new cabinets.
- Does my HOA need to approve exterior colors?
- In most master-planned communities in Collin County, yes. We help you pull the approved palette and submit the color choice before we schedule the exterior work.
