Three words on every contractor's truck. Here is what they actually protect, and how we handle each one on your project.

Licensed trades
Texas licenses the trades, not general contractors. Our electrical, plumbing and HVAC work is done by state-licensed trade partners, and their license numbers appear on the permits pulled for your project.

City registration and permits
We are registered with the cities we work in and pull the permits ourselves. Inspections are scheduled by us and passed before the next stage begins, so the work is checked by someone other than the person who did it.

Bonded
A bond is a guarantee, backed by a surety company, that the contract will be completed as written. It is the protection behind our promise to finish what we start.

Insured
General liability insurance covers damage to your property during the work. Our crews and trade partners carry their own coverage for injuries, so a job-site accident never becomes your claim.

A contract that says it all
Scope, price, schedule, payment milestones, change-order rules and the workmanship warranty are written into one document you sign before work begins.

Documentation on request
Certificates of insurance and bond information are available before you sign. Ask your project lead, and we will send them the same day.
