Project Scope & Budget Review

We discuss your investment range early so the project scope, materials and design decisions are aligned with your budget. We help identify where it makes sense to invest and where alternatives may provide better value.
Remodeling Design & Material Selections
Colors, finishes and fixtures chosen with you.
We develop the layout and guide you through selections for flooring, tile, countertops, cabinetry, fixtures, finishes and colors based on the needs of your project. Our goal is to make the selection process organized and manageable without overwhelming you with unnecessary options.
Detailed Remodeling Estimate
A detailed, transparent number.
You receive a detailed written estimate based on the agreed project scope and selections. We explain the costs before construction begins, and additional work is not performed without your approval through our change-order process.
Final Design & Project Scope
The complete plan, with your feedback in it.
We finalize the project design, drawings, material selections and construction scope using your feedback. This creates a clear plan that guides our team and trade partners throughout the remodel.
Construction Contract & Project Scheduling
Signed scope, secured schedule.
Your contract documents the agreed scope, project cost, payment milestones and anticipated schedule. Once the contract and deposit are completed, your remodeling project is secured on our construction calendar.
Pre-Construction Planning
Every trade coordinated before day one.
Before construction begins, we coordinate trade partners, confirm material availability, order long-lead items and establish the sequence of work. Careful pre-construction planning helps reduce delays once your project is underway.
Construction Schedule, Permits & Approvals
Timeline set, city permits pulled.
We establish the construction schedule and coordinate required permits and inspections. When applicable, we also assist with HOA architectural approvals and other project requirements before work begins.
Construction & Project Management
Skilled crews, a clean site, daily care.
Our remodeling team and trade partners complete the work according to the approved scope and construction plan. We protect surrounding areas of your home, maintain an organized jobsite and provide regular project updates so you know how the remodel is progressing.
Final Walkthrough, Quality Assurance & Warranty
Final inspection and a warranty behind it.
When construction is complete, we walk the finished project with you, document any remaining items and address them before final completion. You also receive applicable manufacturer information along with our workmanship warranty.
