Our ten-step process, condensed
From first meeting to walkthrough.

Walk the elevations
We inspect siding, masonry, openings and drainage, and note what needs repair versus replacement.

Design and selections
Door styles, siding profiles, window types and colors are chosen, and HOA drawings are prepared where required.

Build and inspect
Crews remove, repair and install in sequence, and the city inspects structural or window work when a permit applies.

Walkthrough and warranty
We walk every side of the house with you, confirm the details and stand behind the work.
Questions
Before you call.
- Do I need HOA approval to change my siding, doors or windows?
- Most master-planned neighborhoods in McKinney, Frisco, Prosper and nearby cities require architectural review for visible exterior changes. We prepare the drawings and product sheets for the submittal so approval is in hand before work starts.
- Will an iron door fit my existing opening?
- Usually. Iron doors are made to order, so we measure the rough opening and order the unit to fit, and we can widen the opening or add sidelights if you want a larger entry.
- Which siding holds up best in North Texas?
- Fiber cement is the most common choice here because it resists sun, hail and insects and holds paint well. Engineered wood is a good alternative where you want a smoother profile.
- Do exterior projects need a city permit?
- Structural changes, new openings and some window replacements do. We pull the permit and meet the inspector so you do not have to.
